You run from a pursuer, hurriedly choose a hiding spot, then just wait – with only breath and heartbeat in your ears – for a pair of legs to pass your slim field of view. I’d ONLY recommend this if your child loves getting scared, doesn’t mind some gore and scary horror elements.Hide and Seek is a horror game. SPOILER: at the end the main character six turns evil and eats a monster very gruesomely it is not shown, but heard.Īfter reading people’s reviews please do not let your 10 year old nor 11, 12 whatever year olds play this, i’d overall recommend this game for 18 and over, this is overall the most gruesome thing i’ve ever heard, and definitely do not play this if you have anxiety, a weak heart, previous heart problems, etc. There is minor alcohol but only some guests drinking wine. There’s no sex, nudity swearing or things like that, the characters don’t talk nor take their clothes off. It shows you monsters eating humans (VERY DISTURBINGLY), turning children into meat etc, this is very very dark in my opinion so i do not recommend this for younger children under 10. It shows a man hanging over a chair which, implies he commit suicide although it doesn’t show you anything except for the legs. The monsters are pretty disturbing (not recommended for those who get disturbed easily) The game is overall sounds very good but also very gruesome, i assume you’re trying to escape a ship called “The Maw” the game includes: There are many scenes of canabalism besides that, and they're all pretty gruesome, forcing the player to eat a rat, a gnome, and we'll, like I said, a woman known as "The Lady"Īfter reading the reviews i’d think that it’s for an older audience, parents before letting your kids play this read my review. Edit: at the end of the main game the main character becomes evil and eats a woman very violently and kills all the people on the boat. Please research before buying this game for a child. In my opinion, I am a relatively mature child (9), so I was able to handle the themes and dark scenes in this movie, but I think many children won't be able to. I now look back and see that I should've told them about it. In fact, I remember as a younger child, my mother walked in on me at the part where is showed a hung man, and I was scared they would confisgate it, so I stopped playing it around them. I think that this game, is great, but there are very dark themes such as suicide, insecurity, canabalism, and more.
